Benefits for Salaried (Exempt) Employees

Three medical plans are available through Blue Cross Blue Shield; PPO, HSA and HRA. 

Eligibility begins on the first of the month following employment. www.bcbsil.com

Dental coverage is offered through Cigna Insurance. A basic and premium plan are offered as options through Cigna.

Eligibility begins on the first of the month following employment. www.cigna.com

Vision coverage is offered through VSP. VSP offers a basic and premium plan depending on the coverage desired.

Eligibility begins on the first of the month following employment. www.vsp.com

Each employee has the ability to earn up to $2,600 based on company performance.

Incentive payments are paid every six months with a third payment at the end of the calendar year in December.

401(K) is offered through Fidelity. thyssenkrupp BILSTEIN offers a dollar for dollar match for the first 3% contributed and 50% on the second 3% contributed. Immediate vesting in company match.
