Benefits for Salaried (Exempt) Employees

Three medical plans are available through Blue Cross Blue Shield; PPO, HSA and HRA.

Dental coverage is offered through Delta Dental of Illinois. A basic and premium plan are offered as options through Delta.

Vision coverage is offered through VSP. VSP offers a basic and premium plan depending on the coverage desired.

Each full-time employee will be eligible for the Plant Hamilton Incentive Program that compensates eligible employees based on the attainment of specific targets across the plant throughout the fiscal year.

 

Incentives are paid at the end of each fiscal quarter (October 1st through September 30th). At 100% attainment of targets, the Program will pay $1,000 per employee, per year, with a potential payout of $1,900 if stretch targets are achieved.

401(K) is offered through Fidelity. thyssenkrupp BILSTEIN offers a dollar for dollar match for the first 3% contributed and 50% on the second 4% contributed. Full vesting takes place after a year.

Eligibility begins after 90 days.
